Have to agree. Still love San Juan but abhor the Laundry. Have you seen the rank grease running over the pavement down the side of it. Some nights it's like being on Deansgate.

Slightly off topic...
They're knocking down the house on Beech Rd where latterly they have been selling trees, next to the old chapel. I thought it was listed.

Has anyone had a cat flap put through an external wall? We need one doing and are looking for someone to do it as I don't fancy knocking through the wall myself

Sitting outside now. Thank the lord it is still run by Suki. Some new menu items. It's a relief as I've been away and have missed them. The other ½ was convinced she'd never have her favourite pea & cabbage curry again.

we were recommended Hardman and Whittles in Heywood. Seems a bit of a way to go, but they were very good.

Hasn't the guy behind Azid Manzil always part owned that place for ages? I think they have just put up a new sign, snce he has been running it after closing the restaurant. There are rumours regarding Kulsamah too. It's a shame that Juan cannot tae over the former Loop site, but could be good if Lud...
