I'm sure there is a character called Baby is a book by Evelyn Waugh/F. Scott Fitzgerald or Nancy Mitford....can't seem to track her down.

Any ideas?

Also the one on Stamford Street in Old Trafford (off Ayres Rd I think) is decent, and you can sit-in.

Not tried Henry's on Stretford Road (little chippy style place that does do Jamaican food)

And never tried Kool Runnings Stall either.....Must try harder!

I'm a big fan of these establishments (and live in Hulme)

Buzz Rocks is good - good I think they make the gravy out of a packet!

Prefer Dougies and Sam Sams myself.

It was rather like the Somme!

Had a fantastic time - saw some great bands (Beirut, Amy Winehouse, The Egg, !!!), met lots of brilliant people, ate lots of lovely food, and braved the mud. Definitely my best glastobury!
