I went to someone's 40th at the bit upstairs a year or so ago and most of the ceiling fell in. Luckily no-one was hurt, but it meant we had the option of joining the meat raffle downstairs with the conservatives, or the rather lame karaoke. Presumably they've fixed the roof since then.. The room was...

On Sunday morning I was pushing my wheelchair full of crap through Chorlton in the early hours of the morning, when I looked up at a window to see a man in a grubby bathrobe staring at me through tear-stained mascara before running off to post something on the internet.

Anyone know him?

Well yes I agree. Why can't I eat what I want to eat when I want to eat it?Perhaps they have a different chef on in the evenings? Who knows you can't just waltz up to the door of most restaurants in the day (unless it's pizza express or something, or they are big enough to support a lunchtime menu)...

The Green Man weren't paying me exorbitant amounts of money to be there, hence why I went to V. Went to Green Man last year, you start yearning for a dance tent after a few hours..

I saw Radiohead this weekend at V. I was expecting mass suicides and a huge, crying moshpit. Instead i got badly-executed 'electronica' interludes, and a lumpen, turgid, plodder of a set, by one of the most overrated bands since U2. I went and did poppers in someone's car behind the main stage inste...

1. OK Computer
2. Dark Side of the Moon
3. the one where Del-Boy falls through the bar
