Jacksonbury! Music festival at Jacksons Boat

Postby t0ria » Fri Jul 30, 2010 9:52 pm

I heard about this on XFM today - http://www.jacksonbury.com/
21st August at Jacksons Boat.

From the website:
"You’ve done all the festivals… You love the music… You love the vibe… You’ll love the people… Discover South Manchester’s ultimate mini music festival!
Featuring live music and DJ sets over three stages from local artists as well as the Manchester music legend Clint Boon, Jacksonbury is the chilled out, alternative music festival."

It's only £10 a ticket, or free if you want to help out. Looks interesting!
No longer agrees with Nick. In fact emphatically disagrees with him.

It says the Bestival is on the Isle of Wight?!

Think I'll stick with Jacksons Boat, not as far, by a long way.
Any one of you lily livered, bow legged varmints care to slap leather with me? In case any of ya get any ideas, ya better know who yer dealin' with. I'm the hootiness, tootiness, shootiness, bob tailed wildcat in the west.

Yeah, but you still have to cross water to get to Jasckson's Boat.

No wonder Phila was so confused.
