Very concerning, definitely not something you'd expect when dropping off a bit of recyling.

Very comforting of the Morrisons manager to state that 'we have a zero tolerance to car jacking'

Yep, Morrissons has previously had a more ambivalent approach towards car-jacking, so it's nice to see they've moved towards zero tolerance.

In the old days, car-jackers could earn a 5p discount per litre of fuel if they filled up during their getaway.

The Morrisons Plank (Manager?), was quoting his employer's zero tolerance policy towards shoplifters.

With Morrisons placing persons of this calibre, to represent them in the media - is it any surprise they're in the complete shit, from the commercial perspective?
