Selling a house with a tenant question

The tenant is approximately 3 months late with the rent he owes and is very unlikely he would wish to purchase the house.

I agree there are no winners in situations like this.

All sympathy I may have had has gone. One month, maybe... and that's a bit out of order... but three?? Freeloader.
