Christian Reilly started playing guitar and singing for the American comic polymath, Rich Hall in 1999. High points included winning the Perrier Award in 2001 for “Rich Hall is Otis Lee Crenshaw” He has also played guitar in Bill Bailey’s band – Beergut 100. TV includes The Graham Norton Show and Late Night with Conan O’ Brien.

“If you’re a fan of Bill Bailey or Rich Hall, you’re a Christian Reilly fan already” The Guardian

Despite his youthful appearance, Chris Turner’s sharply written gags, assured stage presence and commanding delivery have established him as one of the best up-and-coming one-liner comics on the circuit. Intelligent wordplay and deliciously dark jokes nestle amongst a set rich with puns and oblique observations, all coupled with a talent for improvisation and physical comedy honed.

“Absolute gold-plated bankers, brilliantly inspired lines even the most experienced punslinger would be proud of”. Chortle

Compere for the evening is Chorlton favourite Dan Nightingale and Wigan’s Chris Washington takes the middle.
