Estate Agents Chorlton - Experiences

Postby Robuk100 » Mon Jul 11, 2016 9:38 pm

Has anyone else experienced the shocking attitude of the big estate agents in Chorlton?
Does anyone else think that the big ones now take it for granted that locals will just instruct them ?

Although I've lived in Chorlton 20 years I've only moved house twice so not a great deal of experience. However, once I was buying a house and Emma Hatton were the agents and at the time were bordering on uninterested (property market was very buoyant) and myself and the vendor ended up just talking directly to each other as it was easier. The second time I used Jordan Fishwick and they were great, kept in touch, passed on messages, gave good advice and kept the process moving. I've spoken with Brimelow's over house viewings and they've always seemed professional, although no experience of using them as an agent to buy a property.
