Hi I am looking to move to Chorlton by means of a mutual exchange. I have a lovely Georgian 2 bed mid terrace cottage over 3 floors in a very sought after riverside location in pretty and characterful Bridgnorth In Shropshire. My landlord is Shropshire Towns and Rural Housing and rent is £117.25 pw. Council tax band C, £1435 pa.
Secure tenancy with right to buy. with minimum 35% discount - would cost you around £100k
Built around 1803 it has lots of character, beans, ledge and brace doors etc and is a very quirky house. It was completely refurbished 3 years ago when I moved in. It has had a new bathroom, spam - sorry, windows, rewire and gas CH system with combi boiler. I have had the living room quarry tiled and have decorated the spam - sorry, bathroom (shower over bath) and 2nd bedroom, everywhere else is magnolia. There is a rear garden accessed by steps from the spam - sorry and a good sized front patio area. There is ample on street parking which as a resident you can purchase a permit for at £50 a year. I have lovely neighbours and all the properties around me are in private ownership. People never believe it's a" council house" ! Bridgnorth is an attractive small market town with very good schools and convenient for travel to the West Midlands, Telford and Shrewsbury.
I am looking for a 2 bed place which allows pets in a nice area.I am not in any great rush as I want the right property so don't worry if you don't want to do this immediately. On the other hand I could move quite quickly if the right place came up.
I am also on Homeswapper and have lots more photos I can send.
Thanks for reading and if you require any further info please get in touch.

For anyone reading the above, where the poster appears to have written 'spam - sorry', please substitute spam - sorry. An ancient spam filtering rule seems still to be in place.
